Understanding the specific needs
It all starts with your expressed need for the product you wish to create. We work together to analyze all the requirements and preferences, so that we have a complete picture of the final result.

Product Study
Our team thoroughly analyses the requirements and end product applications. We consider factors such as usage, durability, and operating conditions to ensure the product fully meets the needs of its intended environment.

Drawing
The design of the product is developed in specialized software tools such as SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD. At this stage, we design the product, considering its functionality and how it will integrate with other components, if required. We focus on precision and the potential for mass production.

Final Plan Approval and Cost Calculation
Once the design is complete, we present the final design to the customer for approval. Next, we calculate the product's weight and provide an offer that includes the cost per linear meter and the mold cost (if undertaken by us).

Mold Manufacturing
Once the offer is accepted, we proceed with the construction of the mold. Manufacturing is carried out with absolute precision to ensure the product meets the customer's specifications.

Sample Dispatch
Once the mold is ready, a product sample is shipped to the customer for quality and accuracy inspection. At this stage, we make any necessary adjustments or modifications to achieve the ideal result.

Final Production
After making all necessary corrections, we proceed with the final production and delivery of the product to the customer.
