Technoplast’s lamination service provides an excellent finish and high degree of protection, tailored to meet the needs of each customer.

1

Drawing or Cross Section Dispatch

The process starts with the customer dispatching the design in CAD format or by sending the cross-section itself to be processed. It is important to specify both the surface to be covered with foil and the material of the profile.

2

Analysis by our Team

Our team examines the possibilities of processing the profile according to the specifications of the lamination machine. We test whether the material can be covered with foil and whether the machine can process the specific design with precision and consistency.

3

Issuance of an Offer

Following technical review, we provide our detailed offer. Service pricing is calculated according to the total area of laminate film required to cover the specified surface.

4

Dispatch of Cross-Sections for Processing

Upon mutual agreement of the offer terms, we continue with the receipt of customer's cross-sections for processing. The cross-sections are shipped to our premises for final processing via the lamination process.

5

Processing and Completion

The cross-sections are processed using the lamination machine, ensuring an even and precise surface coverage. After processing is complete, the product is ready for delivery.
