Since 1964, TECHNOPLAST A.E.B.E. has been offering its products made from rigid P.V.C. to the market, primarily in profiles suitable for construction use. The company’s name has become synonymous with high quality and advanced technology in the industrial building materials sector.
The need to produce plastic roller shutters from rigid PVC in Greece was the impetus for civil engineers Pavlos Manakidis and Konstantinos Kokkonis to come together and establish TECHNOPLAST OE in 1964. Until then, timber shading systems were dominant in Greece. At that time, modern PVC roller shutter systems were mainly imported from Italy.
